Final Observation

My last observation took place on November 17th. I did notice about the same movement, maybe a little less then last week's observations. There were also some unmoving organisms at the very bottom at the MicroAquarium. I assume they are dead organisms that have sunk to the bottom of the tank. I did also observe more moving, living organisms that were gathered around plant A, and seemed to stay in the same general area of the aquarium. This is my final observation of my MicroAquarium and I am happy with the results I have obtained

Week 4 of observations

Week four brought a increase of some identified Diatoms which I was able to observe under the microscope for this week's observation. I did notice that there seemed to be less movement than last week and I am not sure of the cause in the decreased movement. The majority of the organisms however still seem to be undergoing development. I did not take any pictures today because I felt they were not needed. I look forward to seeing if next weeks observation comes with any more movement of organisms than todays.

Week 3 of observations

Week three proved to come with some interesting changes to the microaquariums. It seems our organisms are drawn to the food pellets that were provided for them. Some interesting organisms were identified. They were labeled as Epistylis. I also observed some movement of organisms when I looked at the aquarium under the microscope and took some pictures of the moving microscopic life forms. There does seem to be an increased number of organisms from last week's obcervation and more movement from those organisms than last week.
